Being a bouncy ball means that you bounce back from situations. You start at the top, life happens in the middle, you hit the bottom but come up with a plan to try again. If your ball is deflated, you need to find the motivation to reinflate and bounce back higher. Being resilient is a good decision because it helps you learn from mistakes and you keep trying to get better.
