Brush for two minutes and brush twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed.  Brushing cleans bacteria and plaque from your teeth which can cause cavities.

How many times can you wear clothes over again before washing?

The typical rule is, if there are any body fluids on them, they smell, they are against your body or obvious stains that should be washed after they are worn. If you clothes are layered, like a sweatshirt over a t-shirt, you may be able to wear the sweatshirt 2-3 days.
