If cycle has not been delivered yet, put it in green basket. If cycle has been delivered, send it through the table.

You need to bill/partial for a 7 day supply for the first fill and set a reminder to fill the remaining 23 day supply after a week.
Are we able to send out meds without a provider form?If so, what is the process?
We can only send a 7 day supply and we need to put a hold note on all meds saying we sent 7 days and not to send anymore until we receive a completed prov form

Delete the fill, pull the med, put on hold and fax the doctor for refills.

Delete fill for old dose, zero bottle, create pull note and DC. Type new med, bill partial, send out up to and create shelf card. Set to bill later for cycle.
Per most insurance contracts, how many days can you bill before delivering a med?

A resident moved from one facility to another facility we service. When do you need to update the account address?
If they are their own POA then you need to update their account address to match the new facility address. If they have a POA, you can leave the account address alone unless they specify a change
When do we bill the check & sends for cycle? How about bill groups?
Check & sends get billed 1 day before they get filled and bill groups get billed 7 BD before delivery
