Yes! We have chapter meetings every Tuesday at 6pm and once a month we have a formal business meeting. We have ritual events, philanthropy, and other fun events throughout the semester that we get to attend!

The Phi Mu Foundation is a organization that raises funds for scholarships given to Phi Mu's around the nation and Phi Mu's affected by natural disasters

What are the financial obligations for your chapter?
For the first semester as a new member the total is $953.50, but this amount is paid over time and broken up between months. You have 10 days to make payments once they are posted, and we are an all inclusive chapter.
Where is Children's Hospital? Where does the money we raise go?
The Children's Hospital we donate to is located in New Orleans, but other Phi Mu chapters donate to different locations. The money we raise goes to medical equipment and facility maintenance in New Orleans.

Who cleans the house?
Members who live in the house are given weekly chores/responsibilities to maintain the house
What is Phi Mu's policy concerning Legacies?
Legacies are not given special treatment, scored higher, or purposefully placed higher than other PNMs. Also, Phi Mu does not accept reference letters
I'm really looking forward to socials and going to the bars this semester. Is there alcohol at your events?
While we do have socials with multiple different Greek organizations at different venues, we follow all federal and local laws so there is no alcohol at our events.

Kookin for Kids - families compete in a cooking competition, ticket prices go towards the hospital
Miracle Man Pageant - men compete in a "pageant", cost of tickets goes to hospital
Milkshakes for Miracles - milkshakes for purchase, money raised goes to the Hospital
Karaoke Night - tickets sold go towards Phi Mu Foundation, members get to sing karaoke together

Can my boyfriend come over to the house?
Copied from COS - "In Phi Mu chapter houses, men are not allowed in private areas except for maintenance, moving, and repair. Members must ensure that male visitation in public areas of the house are in accordance with visitation hours.
Visitation Hours: The parlor will be closed to outside visitors from 2 a.m. to 8 a.m. every night."
Does Phi Mu give scholarships? If so how do you get one and name one Alpha Psi alum who has received one.
The Phi Mu Foundation offers scholarships to collegiate women to pay for tuition or natural disaster relief. Members may apply to these scholarships through the Phi Mu Foundation website. Alpha Psi's very own Lyndsi Pierre received a scholarship for PT school!

We do not have a chef or house mother, so we follow campus dining regulations. Most members have a meal plan with Southeastern.
