Girls on the Run is organization that supports girls in 3rd through 5th grade gain confidence through exercise and research based curriculum. The girls are grouped together and train for a couple of months so that they can run a 5k at the end of the season. It teaches the girls that they can do anything they set their minds to as long as work hard and do their best.
