What is describing it as the most difficult time in his life

Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, asked the Prophet (pbuh) “Have you ever experienced a day harder than the day of [the battle of] Uhud?” He replied: “Indeed, I have suffered a lot at the hands of your people [i.e., the disbelievers from of the Quraysh Tribe], the harshest of which was what they did to me on the Day of Al-‘Aqabah when I went to Ibn ‘Abd Yalīl ibn ‘Abd Kulāl with the purpose of inviting him to Islam, but he made no response [to my call]. So, I departed with deep distress. I did not recover until I arrived at Qarn Ath-Tha‘ālib.”  According to Seerah, the Prophet’s distress was so great that he felt like he didn’t know where he was going and, as stated in the hadeeth, only recovered when he reached Qarn Ath-Tha’alib which was 4-5 miles (7-8 kilometers) away.

The Sykes-Picot Agreement accomplished this through a secret agreement

What is the modern-day Middle East was divided into European-controlled territories after World War I through this secret agreement.

The Sykes-Picot Agreement was a secret deal made in 1916 between Britain and France during World War I to divide the Ottoman Empire’s lands in the Middle East once the war was over. Even though Britain had promised the Arabs independence in return for helping fight the Ottomans, they secretly planned to split the land among themselvesinstead. France took control of modern-day Syria and Lebanon, while Britain took Iraq, Jordan, and Palestine. This agreement betrayed the trust of many Muslims who had hoped for self-rule and led to artificial borders that still cause political problems today. It’s seen as an example of Western colonial powers interfering in Muslim lands, shaping much of the modern conflicts in the Middle East.

“So as long as You are not angry with me, I care not. Your favour is abundant for me.

“I seek refuge in the light of Your Face, by which all darkness is dispelled and every affair of this world and the next is set right, lest Your anger or Your displeasure descend upon me. I desire Your pleasure and satisfaction until You are pleased.
