A child will only count for receiving disability services when this is entered correctly into ChildPlus.

This is the "magic number" to use when reviewing your PIR.
What is the total cumulstive enrollment of children?
This is a type of education provided to pregnant participants that counts as a health service/referral.
What is education on fetal development, education on benefits of breastfeeding, education on the importance of nutrition, education on infant care and safe sleep, or education on risks of alcohol, drugs, and/or smoking?
This is not included in the Early Head Start PIR for Disabilities but is calculated for the Head Start PIR.
What is the diagnosed primary disability?
This is an example of an engagement recorded for father figures on the PIR.
What is involvement in: Family assessment, family goal setting, developmental experiences, program governance, or parenting education workshops?
This is the number used for all PIR reports.
What is 9000?
PIR tracks this for the transition of pregnant participants after the baby is born.
What is if the infant was enrolled or not enrolled in the program after birth?
This is not included in the Early Head Start PIR for Health but is calculated for Head Start PIR.
What is the Body Mass Index (BMI)?
These are the indicator numbers for Disabilities on the PIR.
