Toby Fox is a huge fan of OFF and has been well before the release of Undertale, basing Ghost Fight on the game's theme Peper Steak and Sans on the characters Zacharie and the Judge. This OFF character was also his basis for Undertale's Papyrus.

Who is Sir Roland?
Frisk is the canon name of the protagonist in Undertale. When used as a player's name, this mode is unlocked with brand new monsters to fight, though it still only lasts until the end of the Ruins.

Henry Coates, also known as Sentinel, the the first and greatest costumed superhero in America, also canonically held this title before joining Valhalla after death.

Toby Fox has stated that this Deltarune character would have had a battle as a minor boss in Chapter 1, however it was scrapped alongside their battle theme. Toby felt that they were "not very epic at all" and that they should have died in one hit, simmilar to Mettaton Neo in Undertale.
Who is Rouxls Kaard?
This race had half of their powers taken to form each of the Seven's gnosis and were the rulers of each nation before the Archon war.
