When you reach out to a candidate and they respond back, how long should wait to respond?
What is ASAP?
The more communication, the hire the chances are that we see the candidate through the process. 24 hours in maxed allowed time besides if they respond back late on Friday. If they respond after closing on Friday, respond first thing Monday
When either completing a phone screening or scheduling an interview does the applicant need to have application filled out prior to the interview? (True or False)

Every office is equipped with a Kiosk computer and we are able to pull up the application while conducting the interview. If you completing it outside of the office take picture of our QR code. They will be able to scan the picture and it will pull the link up on their phone.

If you email her and say " Hey Gilliane, I need a new ad posted in Kittanning, PA zip code 16201 for the VA Caregiver rate $13.50" She will get is on her list and typically goes up within a week.
You have a very strong texting conversation with a candidate and all sudden you a ghosted, What should you do?
Switch up the communication with that candidate, sometimes they forget or got distracted they were in middle conversation.
You are looking for a new candidate in a particular area, does clear company give you the option to sure by zip code?
In clear company you can go into advance searches and type in the zip code. This will pull every candidate that applied in that area.
A new hire is calling asking for more hours to fill there availability, what tool can be used to find near by clients?
What is Staffquest?
Staffquest is great to use if the aide is wanting more hours or if aide calls off. Aides will show up if there availablity works with the clients.
