HF/AF20 are single processor systems requiring the BIOS PCI settings to be set in a particular way. This setting was not properly set on some RMA parts and new systems resulting in the controller not booting to Nimble OS.

The controller will not boot to NimbleOS or will enter a panic/reboot loop on the initial turn up.

Summary of states:

cr == critical error (this indicates there is a failure, check LED status and reseat/replace)
ok == Working fine (expected ____ master state)
If two power supplies are marked failed on the controller shelf there are multiple possible causes.
- Wedge BMC communication
  - This will result in Dual missing power-supplies or both power supplies reporting as failed.
- Down rev PSUs: This issue has not been seen in multiple years.

Reported Symptoms:

Customer reports that the array is not surviving cut over to UPS / Generator.
Both controllers reboot unexpectedly during UPS on battery/voltage correction event.
So far we have had various symptoms in the customer environment.
During the transfer to UPS as part of a power event or testing the Gen5 array does not hold up.
