Go into Playerspace under parent and search for the name of the neighbor.
I need to send a message to a parent of a child that is checked in where do I find them.
Go to Incare and click on Checked in you should be able to see any child signed into the program. There you will find a phone number, text or email option.
When you go to sign out a student and cant find them what might be the cause?
The child was not signed in properly

How many items do we require to be completed in players pace in order for the Childs file to be complete?

Yes, If you look under programs and do lookup you should be able to see the students files with all documents uploaded
A students Aunt shows up because parents have gone over seas for work but aunt is not listed what do we do.

We have called emergency contacts and have not been able to reach anyone what are some other things you can do.
This was an actually a situation at a sight, The mom was reached but not listed on the form the Director used the birth certificate to identify mom and mom sent an email to give aunt permission to pick up the child.
How long should we keep kids before contacting authorities if we have a late parent and have not been able to contact anyone.
