Balances to confirm tier and eligibility for TotalRewards members will be reviewed annually on their enrollment anniversary.
If I'm a TotalRewards member and I have a joint account with someone who is also a TotalRewards member, who gets the rewards for our joint account?
The member with the higher TotalRewards tier would get the rewards. If both members are the same level of tier, the person who is listed first on the joint account would be credited the rewards associated with that account.
