Rollout and Ice Ball also takes time, though it was clear that the answer wasn't either of these moves. Mentioning Suicune gave it away due to Pressure benefiting Trump Card's less PP = Higher base power damage mechanic.

This item is extremely useless to the casual player. I do nothing but slow and make vulnerable. But there is hope, by tossing it or giving it to someone else. I accomplish a goal.
