Sections of the PENAL CODE CHAPTER 84
A person is guilty of fraudulent breach of trust if he dishonestly appropriates a thing the ownership of which is vested in him as a trustee for any other person.

Fail to surrender to custody or appear at his trial, Commit an offence while on bail, Interfere with witnesses or otherwise obstruct the course of justice, whether in relation to him or any other person.

(1) Whoever intentionally and unlawfully causes harm or a wound to any person either with or without any weapon or instrument shall be liable to imprisonment for six months.
(2) Whoever negligently and unlawfully causes harm to any person shall be liable to imprisonment for three months.

2 or more persons agrees or act together with a common purpose in committing or abetting an offence, whether with or without any previous concert or deliberation, each of them is the case may be. Guilty of conspiracy to commit or abet that offence.
WHAT IS CONSPIRACY SECTION 89?
(1) Where a person who has been released on bail in criminal proceedings and is under a duty to surrender into the custody of a Court fails to surrender to custody at the time appointed for him to do so, the Court may issue a WARRANT for his arrest.
WHAT IS SECTION 12 OF THE BAIL ACT CHAPTER 103 (1) WARRANT OF ARREST?
WHOEVER IS CONVICTED OF
(1) any of the undermentioned offences, where the value of the property alleged to have been stolen or obtained does not in the opinion of the court exceed the sum of five hundred dollars, namely, any of the offences following
Stealing by reason of employment or service
Stealing from or in any dwelling-house, shop, manufactory, warehouse, dock, wharf or quay adjacent to any harbor etc;
Stealing from the person Stealing any cattle Committing a fraudulent breach of trust

Any abetment, or conspiracy for the commission of any of the said offences, shall, if the offender had not been previously convicted of a similar offence, be liable to imprisonment for three months, or to a fine of five hundred dollars, or to both
WHAT IS STEALING SECTION 140?
POWERS TO ENTER DOMESTIC PREMISES
A police officer may, without warrant enter any premises for the purpose of giving assistance to anyone present thereon
(A) If he has reasonable grounds to suspect that a protection order is being violated;
(B) If upon the invitation of a person resident at the premises he has reasonable grounds to suspect that a person therein has suffered, or is in imminent danger of suffering, physical injury at the hands of some other person therein.
WHAT IS SECTION 16 (1) DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTION ORDERS ACT CHAPTER 99A?
3 or more persons in any public or private place to execute a common purpose of obstructing or resisting the execution of any legal process or authority. To execute any common purpose with violence and without lawful authority to use such violence for that purpose.
WHAT IS RIOT SECTION 78?
Any peace officer and all persons whom he shall call to his assistance may arrest and take persons into custody without a warrant in the following cases —
(A) Persons seen committing an offence

(C) Persons loitering at night
(D) Persons charged by others if charge appears well founded
(E) Persons charged with assaults recently committed.
WHAT IS ARREST WITHOUT WARRANT SECTION 104 (1)
A person who has been released on bail in criminal proceedings and is under a duty to surrender into the custody of a Court may be arrested WITHOUT WARRANT BY A POLICE OFFICER WHERE: The officer has reasonable grounds for believing that the person is not likely to surrender to custody.
The officer has reasonable grounds for believing that the person is not likely to surrender to custody.
The officer has reasonable grounds for believing that the person has committed another offence whilst on bail.
The officer has reasonable grounds for believing that that person is likely to break any of the conditions of his bail or has reasonable grounds for suspecting that that person has broken any of those conditions;
In a case where that person was released on bail with one or more surety or sureties, a surety notifies a police officer in writing that that person is unlikely to surrender to custody and that for that reason the surety wishes to be relieved of his obligations as a surety.
WHAT IS ARREST WITHOUT A WARRANT (3)?
Whoever causes the death of another person by any unlawful harm is guilty of manslaughter.
whoever commits manslaughter in any other case shall be liable to imprisonment for life
WHAT IS MANSLAUGHTER SECTION 289?
Whenever a police officer intervenes in a matter for which a protection order may be sought under this Act, the police officer shall, as soon as possible take the following steps:
ASSISTANCE TO VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Where a victim of domestic violence expresses concern for his/her safety, the police officer shall assist the victim in getting to a place of safety;
Where a victim of domestic violence requests it, a police officer shall protect a victim by accompanying the victim when he/she takes his/her personal belongings from a place where the respondent may reside;
Where a victim indicates that he/she has suffered injuries though not visible, which require medical assistance, the police officer shall assist the victim to obtain medical treatment as soon as possible
Advise the victim of domestic violence on the importance of preserving the evidence;
Inform the victim as to his/her rights and of services which may be available to assist him/her, be they government or private
WHAT IS SECTION 27 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTION ORDERS ACT CHAPTER 99A?
3 or more persons, assemble in such a manner to cause persons in the neighborhood of such assembly to fear, provoke other persons to disturb the peace tumultuously, disturb the peace tumultuously, intent to carry-out a common purpose.
WHAT IS UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY SECTION 79?
Any person Whom any Positively charges or other person states that he suspects of having committed any crime or the offence of stealing or obtaining goods by false pretenses, or receiving stolen goods, or the offence of cruelty to or causing injury to an animal. If the charge or suspicion Appears to the Peace Officer to be, and the informant is well founded willing to accompany the peace officer and at the station is willing to enter, into recognizance conditioned to prosecute the charge.

A person arrested in pursuance of subsection (3) shall be brought as soon as practicable, and in any event within forty-eight hours after his arrest.

Detains that other person from returning to the lawful custody, care or charge of any person
Unlawfully takes that other person from the lawful custody, care or charge of any person
