Daily reports (diapering, meal logs, activities), programming, developmental checklist, notices, and SO MUCH MORE!
It should not be used for: scolding parents, parents yelling at educators, serious issues, etc.

When should educators wash their hands?
Be sure to wash your hands: before and after meal preparation, before giving any medication, after all washroom routines, after sneezing/wiping noses (Hand Sanitizer is acceptable), using the sand/water table, and outdoor play.
What is the vacation discount policy?
Families going away for 2 consecutive weeks AND registered for at least 6 months will receive 25% off once a 12 month consecutive period. Families must submit request in writing. DOES NOT APPLY TO OSC
How many workshops a year AT MINIMUM are educators required to complete?
4; 2 on their own time and 2 professional development days with the centre.

What is the role of the Executive Team? (according to the P & P manual)
Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of all of the locations and ensuring policies and procedures are being adhered to. Provides a support system for all employees.
What is the medication policy?
Must have: Original container, prescription label, stored properly out of reach of children (dependent on type), proper paperwork filled out, educator administering must have first aid. IT CANNOT BE EXPIRED.
How much notice are families required to give when they want to change their schedules according to the P & P manual?
Thirty days written notice.
