An RA enters a room for a Health & Safety Check and notices a refrigerator plugged into a concerning electrical setup. The refrigerator is still operating normally. The RA should not unplug it, but should document the concern and take this additional action before unplugging anything.

A resident says they are struggling academically and don't know what campus resources could help them. During the wellness check, the RA should discuss this area.
