What's the difference between the black sheetz jacket and the red sheetz jacket?
Black Sheetz jacket can be worn for outside tasks such as trash and cardboard. Red Sheetz jacket is for inside tasks such as freezer pulls, drink cooler, and beer cave.
When would be an appropriate time to close down drive thru?
Employees are not permitted to turn off order points, online ordering, or close MTO and/or drive thru without the permission of their District Manager. Employees are also not permitted to post signs regarding order point closures or any other type of service disruptions.
Management Team Members are not permitted to turn off MTO, SBC, or retail items from ordering platforms utilizing Menu Manager for any reason other than the store has experienced an out of stock situation.
What is the break policy?
A minimum of a 30-minute unpaid break will be given to all hourly store employees who are scheduled for and/or work a shift of over five (5) hours. Employees will punch out at the start of these breaks and punch back in at the end of these breaks and are required to begin and end these breaks promptly.
