SL Grievances
This process occurs when a grievance resolution cannot be achieved.
What is the staff develops a written report which is sent to the ED/Medical Director for review. The report must be approved within 5 days and the participant has 30 days of receiving the report to request a review by the advisory committee.
The four types of vaccinations currently being tracked are:

This is a service request that is approved in real time, while in the field, by the appropriate discipline

When a participant passes away, this happens in regards to DME
