Click Search, Drop Down-Activities, magnifying glass under assigned user, name, search, select “activity category”, “subject” and “status”, and search.
The renewal will automatically run 40 days out from the effective date of the renewal if you’ve put the policy in this status.

“My Activities” is automatically sorted by Due Date when you go to your Desktop.
False. If you want to sort by Due Date, you must click on the Due Date column.

Where do you go to build a quote proposal?
Click under the Account Level, Scroll bar under “Actions”-click “quote proposal”, select the quote- Launch, select the correct quote under available policies, select next, fill out “Recipient Information” and create PDF, make changes if needed, save as draft/finalize or delete. It will be available for view in docs

False. If you want to non-renew a policy, you must create a Do Not Renew activity. If you select the Close Options, Non-renew, the person pulling the activity to non-renew the policy will assume it is complete and close out their activity.
