YES, first confirm that the AC unit is broken, call maintenance and report the situation, write an IR

YES, food is only allowed in the concession area, and only 3 people are allowed in the acoustic studio at a time.

The RHD should contact Katy Pelton via email and make them aware of the situation. If there is still no response, the RHD should copy all the documentation on the specific problem and give it to the Assistant Director so that they can discuss the issue further with Residence Life Maintenance.

During Safety maintenance you walk into a room and find a drip coffee pot, a playboy poster taped to the wall, and a plug in air freshener. What are the policy violations if any?
YES lewd posters aren't allowed to be displayed publicly in the room and plug in air fresheners aren't allowed

Inform the resident that we can't help with that but maybe direct them to the local Walmart. You don't need to write an IR for that.

YES First confirm that the toilet is in fact overflowing then call the RHD on duty, get the water socks and place around the area to prevent spreading, get resident to move their things, inform the residents in higher floors to not use their water, and write an IR

Try to call them and the duty phone if you can't get a hold of your primary call the RHD on duty, and follow their instructions. Find someone on the staff team who can do rounds with you. You don't write the IR for this unless told to, the RHD will.
