What is the third person?
Little Jimmy comes to you as his RA and tells you that he saw someone punch out a ceiling tile in Dominic Hall, but does not know who it was. But we do!! Firstly though, you need to put this information into the Duty Log, and potentially a follow-up email to your PSM to make it easier to find out who punched out the ceiling tile.
What is a timeframe of when the incident occurred/between when Little Jimmy came to you, and the last time you were on a round in that wing of the building to have the cameras checked?

Little Jimmy goes to hang out with "some" friends that live in a Quad in Hilary. Later, you have to handle an incident in the Quad, and there is the maximum amount of occupants in his quad, which means your IR will have this many individuals listed.

Little Jimmy tells you a situation that absolutely blows your mind, and you are not sure how to handle it or what to do.
