After confirming your identity, you must link your ad accounts to your Page and provide a valid disclaimer. The linked ad account requirements are?
Business Country must be the country you're residing in. Currency must be the accepted currency for your country.

1. Have two-factor authentication enabled.

Can an advertiser in Australia running ads using ad account with USD currency?
No they can't
If the client tick the political ad box during ad creation, this ad will be stored in Ad library for 7 years. If the client wrongly tick the box while the ad is about cosmetics, and request to remove this ad from ad library, what will you do?
Tell the client that this ad will remain in ad library. For transparency, you can't remove or delete an ad that is already being stored in ad library.
