No gainers, cutaways, inward dives, or outward dives
These dives increase the risk of hitting the board or entering the water unsafely
No Energy drinks
Caffeine and hot water both raise heart rate, increasing the risk of dizziness or fainting
Proper swimwear is required (no cotton clothing or jeans)
Cotton fibers can damage UV bulbs($2000), and Jeans soak up lots of water making it difficult to swim
Only approved flotation devices are allowed
