International Roaming: Allows for unlimited data, unlimited messaging, and low flat-rate calling when traveling in 215+ included international countries and destinations.
Stateside International: Provides calling and texting to other countries from the U.S. at a discounted or included rate.
What is Keep & Switch?
Customers with an UNLOCKED device and is on an open device payment plan that wants to keep their current fully compatible device and port-in an eligible number.
(Besides Verizon, customers need to pay off the balance of the device to unlock it, then follow the steps to receive the visa rebate card reimbursement)
What is the maximum amount of lines that can receive the AutoPay discount for any of the Go5G plans?

What is JUMP and how does a customer get the JUMP feature?
Stands for Just Upgrade My Phone. It allows a customer to upgrade their phone on EIP once 50% of it has been paid off. Device must be traded in.
The Jump feature is included in our Protection 360 insurance when the protected phone is on EIP.
What’s the difference between high, mid, and low band spectrum?
High band: high capacity, low reach
Mid band: balanced capacity and reach (foundation of our network)
Low band: low capacity, high reach (penetrates buildings)
What does Family Mode allow the PAH to control?
Extra 100 Points: How many devices can the PAH control on one account?
Allows PAHs to control data usage, filter web content, check device usage, provides real-time location information and more for up to 17 (12 Voice, 5 MI) different lines for one monthly subscription fee.
What is Carrier Freedom? What carrier CANNOT take advantage of this program?

Customers with a partially compatible locked phone that has an open device payment plan or ETF for the last 90 days and wants to upgrade (trade-in) to another device with T-Mobile and port over their phone numbers.
Verizon cannot take advantage of Carrier Freedom because Verizon's phones are automatically unlocked after 60 days of payments on EIP.

1. Before porting, capture screenshots of device financing details. You will not be able to access these once the port-in is complete.
2. Port over their phone numbers to T-Mobile.
3. Within 30 days of T-Mobile activation, submit for reimbursement at promotions.t-mobile.com with the necessary device financing details.
