During our discussion on "Core Beliefs", my Awesome Counselor guided me to better understand how information comes in, how we interrupt the information based on our experiences to find meaning, which as a result produces an emotional response , followed by a behavior and then the Consequences . He asked me to write down these five words, which helps me remember this important process.
