Second: when the narrioator wants to address the reader.
Third: When the narrioator wants more characters to share feelings or thoughts.

When you are looking in the characters prespctive and they are talking.
What is a good way to use third person.
When the narrator is talking or when the narrator wants to have multiple characters show feelings, or thoughts.
When is a good time to use second person?
A good way to use it is when the narrator wants to specifically wants to address the reader.
