Tier 1: Why does my spouse need to be involved?
Just so you’re aware, our estimates actually change/vary based on your input, so to ensure it’s going to be accurate, we try to have all homeowners present including spouses or significant others. If you’re the primary person to speak to regarding the (W/R/S), that’s fine, as long as they’re home, too
What can power not offer with windows?
Repair or reconstruction, installing windows where windows don’t already exist (new construction)
“How long does the estimate take?”
The estimate’s really straightforward, what we’ll do is come out, measure up the (W/R/S), and print out that price in writing for you. It really depends on how many questions you have and the estimate can be as involved as you’d like it to be

Can you set a homeowner if there is a co-signer on the mortgage?
A co-signer is someone who co-signs for a mortgage in order to get a more favorable loan rate, but may not co-own the home. A co-signer needs to be present for the estimate if they also own the home. A co-signer does not need to be present if they do not own the home, but they are likely to be an involved party.

In the past, we’ve had a lot of experience meeting with just one homeowner. We've come out and met with just one spouse... guaranteed a price in writing... they call us a back a year later... and we actually come out to do the installation and the spouse that previously wasn't there is now saying... ‘I want the installation done this way, with these materials and this style’... it can get pretty dicey... So as a business, just to avoid
discrepancies, we would like both of you there for the estimate.
