What are hypotension, Hypertension, Dysrhythmias, Fluid loss (3rd spacing, hemorrhage), fluid overload (HF, pulmonary edema, pitting edema)?

Your patient is obese and you are having difficulty hearing heart sounds. This intervention can be done to hear heart sounds better.
What is sit patient up and lean them forward?
Partial or complete separation of outer wound layers.
What is dehiscence?

This should be managed around-the-clock in the first 24-48 hours postoperatively.
