What time does school start for students?
School starts at 8:45am. Students should not arrive before 8:00 AM because supervision is not available. Students arriving after 8:45am are considered tardy and must go to the main office for a tardy slip.
How long after a staff member realizes a student is missing should they notify the main office?
As soon as a teacher or staff member realizes that they are unaware of a child’s current location, they are required to notify the main office IMMEDIATELY by either hitting the Call button if they are in their classroom or calling (202) 576-6156.
