Their name will appear on the preloved platform by their booth number. Dashes mean they have not set it up! Encourage them to sign up and tell them about seeing their sales in real time and adding discounts

T/F: I need to stand behind the counter during set up to wait and see if anyone needs help.
False! You need to be out on the floor actively talking to customers. Ask about their items, compliment them, make conversation. You should always be in front of the counter unless grabbing more hangers, etc.
If I need a shift covered, what do I do?

Each booth comes with a tagging kit, what if a customer asks for more than one tagging kit?
Ask if they just need more stickers/hang tags and get them more of those, if they do need more of everything, give it to them.
What do you do with all the left behind items at the end of the night?
Take a video and display EVERY item! Put in a garbage bag, and put in the loft.
If we are out of pant hangers and someone asks for more, what do you do?
"I will find some for you". Go around a rehang pants to give away the pant hangers. Same goes for 'S' hooks.

Look at the next days booths and categorize the numbers (mens, kids, home, womens) and make them as chronological as possible.
