Outside food and beverage is not allowed in any capacity. OVG can be very resourceful for celebrations of holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Any special requests will go through them.

What is the difference in West Club and Chairman's catering?
Chairmans will offer a more upscale experience with items like a carving stations, lobster ravioli, cuts of steak, tenderloin, etc. Chairman's also offers an full bar with a bartender and a suite attendant for the space.
A fan comes up to the desk upset because thhey don't have a seat in the Supporter Section. How do you reply?
Make sure to listen and empathize with them. Tell them that you understand their frustration and that you are there to help. Then pivot to educating them on that section and use the computer to get them a a similar priced seat.
You see a technical issue within the club (lights off, tv not on, etc.) What do you do?

Yes as long as the match hasn't passed AND there is available SROs. (Cam doesn't like to have more than 4 SROs for each match)

There will always be salad and fresh fruit. At the stations, you can ask them to not place the meat on their plate. Example "Tonight we have Brazilian sausage w/ peppers and pasta. If you'd like you can ask the attendant to make a plate without the sausage." We also have "meatless" options throughout the season to keep an eye out for.
