This humanitarian organization led by volunteers, has a mission to provide relief to victims of disasters and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.

Changes in landscape such as patterns of storm-water drainage on slopes (especially the places where runoff water converges), land movement, or progressively leaning trees are all signs of this natural disaster potentially occurring.

This is the role of Site Safety Committees at each Chrysalis office.
Site specific teams of individuals across-departments that are tasked with sharing safety information, conducting annual drills and giving safety tours to staff at their site.
Safety Committees are the point of contact in the event of an emergency.
Safety Committees alert the Chrysalis Emergency Response Team (CERT) of any safety hazards, and with their help rectify safety hazards immediately.
Safety Committees will be required to attend quarterly safety meetings and will have the opportunity to be trained in basic first aid and CPR.

These resources will be inundated when a disaster or emergency strike.
What are Emergency First Responders (response times will be a lot longer), Gas stations (long lines), Grocery Stores (long lines), etc.?
This is operated by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and activated during Presidentially-declared disasters. Its mission is to assist in reuniting children separated from their parents or legal guardians in the aftermath of a disaster.
