What is my Content Celebration?
Academic Growth - I am most proud of my time management skills. I no longer leave things until the last minute unless I am overwhelmed by assignments. I think time management is very important because it is basically a seed, a chain reaction, that makes you more responsible and gives you the mindset that every assignment is a priority.

What is my Collaboration Celebration?
Renaissance Video - I feel I did really well collaborating with the group that I had for my renaissance video. The fact that we all were comfortable with our group-mates made the process of the project much more fun and easy. It was much easier to compromise and get idea's out there.

Fotoperiodismo - This piece is important to me because it reminds me of the levels of creativity I can reach when I am passionate about a certain project.

Organization - If I have massive amounts of work, making sure I know what to do and when to do it will improve my time management skills even further.

What is my Content Challenge?
Time Management (exhibition) - Time management is very hard to maintain in exhibition because many things happen that you don't expect. There are many changes in plans that can happen. For example, for chemistry, we had to do a daily reflection every period for 1-2 weeks. If you were too busy and decided to do your reflection tommorow, you might lose track of the order.

What is my Collaboration Challenge?
Exhibition Pathway Group - A time that collaboration did not go well was during exhibition. We got split into groups, my group was pathways. The problem with the group was that people were taking the fact that exhibition was too hectic, thus making them lazy with the mindset that there is nothing to do. The way I overcame that problem was to work with the group members that actually envisioned pathways because it was much easier to get things accomplished with them.

What is my Beautiful Work Challenge?
Los artes Culinarios - I felt that I could have spent more time on it. Even though I got feedback telling me to re-layer it and completely paint it, I would tell people I would do it. However, I would then leave it for the last minute.

Leadership - I feel taking charge and giving people the extra push that they need is very important, especially during times like exhibition when people are slacking.
