Miter corner. Repeat on other side. Apply pillow case. Make a cuff and put pillow (opening away from the door) under cuff. Make a toe pleat.

Apply clean top sheet over drape, remove drape, apply blanket, miter corners, loosen top linens over toes, change pillow case.
