6 a.m.

Friday's unless I have a jean's pass.
Why should I follow the master schedule that was provided to me?
At any given time the students schedule should match what is in skyward for in case of an emergency.

Mrs. Phillips the secretary. On the day that I am wearing the jean's.
What happens if I am late in picking up my students from specials?
If you are late it throws the entire schedule off. Students are waiting on the teachers and the specials teachers have another class and/or lunch.
What is the procedure if I'm sick?
Notify Ms. Coleman via phone and put my absence into Frontline.
Can my jeans have rips or holes in them?
No. Per district policy, staff is not permitted to wear these.
What should you be doing during recess time?
Actively monitoring and supervising students
What is the green form used for? How far in advanced do you submit it? And who do you get the form from?
The green form is used for discretionary leave. I understand that I must submit this form 3 days in advance to the day that I am taking off. Mrs. Ramos has these forms.
Can you wear leggins to work?
Yes, under a dress. But they cannot be worn as pants by themselves.

Gym, music and computer lab
If I know that I am going to be out when should I submit my absence in Frontline?
ASAP-so that a substitute can pick up the job.
What is the dress code for student?
Any solid polo shirt with a collar. Blue, black, navy, khaki, gray and denim jeans can be worn.
