This prevents one client from accidentally seeing a form for the previous or next client you are going to see, and should be used when you are going to see multiple clients in the community.

Thes should be kept in a locked box in a secure are of your home when you are not working on or with them.
What are forms and files?
This is a term for scheduling meetings with clients in the same location which allows plenty of time for the first client to depart before the second client arrives.

This should never be in the subject line of an email.
What is PHI? The subject line is never encrypted, even if the body of the email is.
You should make sure this is not left on, even in locked mode, when you are not working.
What is a laptop? or what is a computer?
This is how to handle it when two or more of your clients live in the same building.
What is, "do your best to avoid being seen with one while with another"?
This can be added to the subject line of an email that contains PHI.
What is [SECURE], or [Secure]?
This keeps someone from accessing your computer when you are away from it briefly.

These are examples of things that should never be shared.

These can be used in an email in lieu of PHI.

Client information should never be stored here.

Because some agencies cannot easily open secure emails from us, or even open them at all, these are often better ways of sending forms.
