When someone is in the hallway waiting for the bathroom, Can I go?

I have a dying question to ask Mr. Nguyen during Independent work time. I want to ask him for help because I am struggling.
If you still cannot figure it out, wait patiently and raise a quiet hand. DO NOT GO UP TO MR. NGUYEN.

What do you do if you see a friend in our class by themselves?
Ask them if they want to play or be their friend.
What is the first warning?
First Verbal Warning
When can I use the bathroom?
When can I NOT use the bathroom?
Recess, Lunch, Before school, during Independent time
When Mr. Nguyen is teaching.
Someone at your table is talking and not doing their work. What do you do?
Give an example.
Gently remind them to get back to work.
Do not force them to go back to work. If they aren't listening to you, tell Mr. Nguyen. Ignore them for the meantime.
How do I pack up to go home?
Quietly
Put away all my materials
Put away chromebook
Place homework things in backpack
Read a book
Stack the chairs once Mr. Nguyen dismisses you
What do you do if you don't want to play with someone?
Tell them nicely that today you do not want to play with them today but maybe tomorrow. And that it's okay. It's not you, it's just that they need space.
What is the 2nd Warning?

What if there is a mess in the bathroom. What should I do?
Tell Mr. Nguyen or a yard duty staff
You see your table mates not cleaning up during clean up time. What should you do?
Help them out.
Gently and quietly tell them that it's time to clean up.
If it is a small problem, try to solve it yourself.
What do you do if someone is name calling you at recess?
Tell them to stop.
Walk Away.
If they continue after the first two, tell a yard duty teacher.
If that doesn't work, write down the problem using the "I Got 49 Problems but this ain't one" Sheet
What is the third warning?

What if I see someone making a mess or doing something that they are not supposed to be doing in the bathroom?
Please gently remind them to get back to class.
Mr. Nguyen is not in the room or is on the phone? What should you do?
Keep quiet and keep doing your work. Be on your best behavior.

How should you write your name, date and number on a document or on paper?

Name, Number
and then Date.
What if someone is playing unfairly?
Ask them, do you know how to play?
Do they need a refresher of the rules?
Give them a one more chance to play again fairly. If they don't play fairly, tell them that you do not want to play with them until they play fairly.
What would be an automatic parent-teacher call?
Bullying (which is repetitive)
Physical Fighting
Harassment of any kind
If I see someone who forgot to turn off the light, what should I do?
You can gently remind them to turn off the light.
OR
you can take the initiative and turn it off for them.
You have a disagreement with your table mates or group members. How do you solve it?
Talk turns talking about what the problem is for yourself.
How could you compromise?

What happens if you see someone doing something that they are NOT supposed to be doing?
Remind them of what the rules are.
If it is something extreme, tell a yard duty teacher.

When there is fighting or after the 3rd warning or if it's REALLY serious.
