John ran to go get the ball but he didn't see a car was coming. The car stopped immediately and John's mom ran to go get John. She screamed at John for crossing the street without permission.

Captain Mcdonald and his crew is out at sea. The captain was sleeping in his cabin when he heard a big bang. The Captain began to shake and pull the cover over his face because he knew everyone was sleeping too. He didn't know what could have been making the noise. He thought it could be a giant squid from the depth of the sea trying to steal the treasure he found. The captain remembered he had a flashlight under his pillow. He grabbed the flashlight and walked onto the deck. That's where he realized it was the wind blowing the pots and pans the crew left on the deck from dinner. The captain went back to bed and slept all night.

Before Kim walked on stage, she felt like she wanted to throw up. She didn't but she remembered thinking it was the strangest feeling.

Carl was finished working on an assignment for school. He turned it into his teacher. He was very proud of his work because he tried his best. He was very excited to know his grade so he kept checking online to see his grade. When he looked for the third time, he saw that he had an F for the project. Carl frowned and began to cry. This is unfair he thought. His body started to shake and he began to punch and scream into his pillow. Help Carl process his emotions buy going through steps 1,2, and 3 with him.

Carl named his emotions as sad and angry
3. Accept it
Carl accepted can accept his emotions by telling himself it is okay and normal to feel sad and angry after getting a bad grade. He can also tell himself that he is feeling sad and angry because he tried so hard on the assignment and he did not get the grade he expected.

Perry the Platypus was on a mission to save Danville. When he got home he overheard Phineas and Ferb saying he was a bad pet and that they didn't want him to be their pet anymore. Perry began to feel butterflies in his stomach and tears in his eyes. But before he could cry or begin to think about the feelings, He left the house and went on another mission. Perry didn't go back home until everyone was sleeping because he didn't want to talk to the boys about what he heard. He also didn't want to feel the feelings again. Perry woke up very early in left the house for another mission again. He didn't even eat breakfast. When every Perry started to notice a mood change, he would immediately start to do something else.

Sonic doesn't like watching action movies because it reminds of the time where he was robbed and beat up on a walk to his home from a friends house. He decided to watch the movie because his friend wanted to and what happened to him happened a while ago. But when the actors started to fight and the one guy had to go to the hospital, Sonic started to shake his leg and cross his arms. His stomach felt like it was sinking to bottom of his body. Sonic didn't want to think or talk about what happened to him, he just wanted to forget about it.
