OR You are able to edit your groupings of boards to ensure they're organized into categories that make sense for your business.

Name 1 reason companies use Klue instead of internal intranet to house competitive intel?
We have had other clients with other internal systems in the past and what typically brings these clients to Klue is they aren't seeing a high level of adoption of the resources because they are challenging to find in seconds and often become outdated. Our technical integrations and universal search mean your users can quickly find exactly what they need when they need it and easily share intel and feedback to help strengthen your materials. We can also be the supercharged compete section within your Intranet, similar to what we did with Highspot.

Yes - our support team will be there to guide you every step of the way. We also have a services team who can offer battlecard teardowns
What search logic does the rules composer follow?
Boolean - The rules composer allows you to set special alert rules per board. The rule composer follows boolean search rules, meaning by default when you create a board it will follow that competitor name but you can then add additional rules around what it must include and must not include. For example, if you're wanting to only follow a specific product you could ensure that your Apple alert must include iPhone.
How much time should I spend in Klue?
Good question! Once curators get up and going, we usually say about 5 minutes a day for monitoring alerts, 20 minutes to 1 hour a week for the digest and a few hours a month for updating battlecard materials. We recommend about a day a quarter to do the actual reporting and plan for the next quarter, which can be spread out over a few people.
If someone tags a competitor in SFDC that we don't have content built on what happens?
Our team can work with you on your SFDC integration to ensure you're capturing competitor fields. In this case they wouldn't receive a battlecard prompt but you would still receive the SF data letting you know so that you can determine if it would be worthwhile to create content for that competitor, or at least start monitoring them if not already. We do see some clients early in onboarding rolling out competitor boards in a phased approach and using sales insights and reports to help them prioritize.
