Wheel and Tire Cleaner
System Silver - cleans the rim and wheel for the application of wheel polish and tire shine (if applicable). You do not want tire shine to apply to a dirty wheel because it will then attempt to clean the wheel rather than shine and make the brush dirty and not work correctly.
