If the last recorded temperature was taken within the last 2 hours, you can:
reheat food to 165 degrees for min 15 seconds

No, although the student took a vegetable, it was not equivalent to 1/2c

Upon return to work, or submit a Laserfiche absence form, absence reason must match Frontline entry.

What is the "Danger Zone"?
Keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold. Bacteria can grow in foods kept in the temperature "danger zone" (41°F-135°F)
