Posture, things you bring to an interview, experience, attitude, tone and volume, confidence, appearance (clothing and how neat you look), how you word what you say (no slang! you are not talking to your friends) first impression, ect.

Not engage in workplace drama, Possibly bring it to your Managers attention, Let them know it is not appropriate to be talking about other coworkers in the work place.

Is going through your coworkers desk helping yourself to supplies having personal boundaries?

NO! You should never go through any ones belongings. It is NOT okay. This is not having personal boundaries because you are in their belongings.

What NOT to do in an interview

Talk too loudly or too quiet or too fast, chew gum, be on your phone (make sure it is silent or off), dress messy, use slang, talk about inappropriate things that don't relate to the interview, curse words, slouching, be unprepared

Your boss discloses some important company information that only certain people are supposed to know (you are one of those people) What do you do?

Keep the information to yourself like your boss asked you to. Its not your business or place to tell other people.

If someone is following you on your break listening to your personal conversation is that having personal boundaries?

NO! This is not okay! Respect other peoples space and boundaries. Plus that's also a weird and disrespectful to listen in on someones personal phone calls.
