BMI of 17 is green. Anything lower needs clearance from Sarah
What does parent involvement look like?
Parents are able to be involved in family sessions weekly and visitation is encouraged
Can the MH program treat patients with psychosis?
Case by case. We would assess and send for clearance.
Do we do anything specific for patients with ARFID?
• ARFID PROGRAM: Different flexibilities with the menu, create a menu of safe foods prior to admit for their first week so we know for sure we can get them eating that first week. First couple of weeks, start exploring the triggers for ARFID and begin exposures. Baby steps! Start with one exposure and don’t move on until we master it. For adolescents-guided exposure sessions with parents. Will have specific groups where they will work on ARFID homework instead of the larger group (ie body image group).
They can attend virtual meetings during programming. This is primarily for adults. Adolescents with substance use will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Carolina Blue - off bathroom support and passes onsite which can include ordering Uber Eats and eating on the front porch
Gold - offsite passes allowed like going out for lunch and seeing how it goes

How many clients can Monte house in PHP?
Each duplex can sleep up to 7 patients and there are 4 duplexes in total. So up to 28 patients.
Can we accept Tricare at any of our programs? Bonus, what is the difference between Tricare and TriWest
NO.
What is the electronic policy for all 3 programs?
CH - can have phone from day of admission but can only use from 5pm - 8pm
MP - No blackout periods for adults. They can have their phone from after the last group until 10pm. Adolescents can have phone at treatment team discretion
Monte - 5 days a week for 1 hour for adults. Adolescents is based on level system but cannot use for the first 14 days
