No, we cannot bill for travel between provider sites. DMH sees us as one entity even though we have 3 separate buildings.

You would be writing 2 separate notes: 1 for each client. You would maintain confidentiality for each client by documenting only the interventions and responses for that particular client.
What is the difference between an IR session versus an Individual Therapy session?
IR is more behavioral (coping skills, etc) and Individual Therapy is processing thoughts, feelings, emotions.
