Our new service providers are IBM and Strada. We are transitioning all payroll services and support to these providers over the next 24 months, consolidating over 50 payroll systems and various vendors worldwide. This change aims to simplify and modernize our payroll environment.
What are the benefits to downloading the Mobile NOW app?
Downloading the Mobile NOW app enables self-service and makes it easy for Mountaineers to independently update personal info, access policies, and manage benefits. With improved SLA's, Mountaineers receive quicker, more consistent responses to inquiries and service requests.

We are moving our payroll operations to Strada, covering over 50 payrolls creating a foundation for optimization, consistency, and project waves throughout 2025 & 2026.
