A temporary endeavor. Projects are unique and non-repetitive. Building a road is an example of a project. The process of building a road takes a finite amount of time, and produces a unique product

 In this stage, the group is likely to see the highest level of disagreement and conflict. Members often challenge group goals and struggle for power

The nature of the task or leadership of the group has not been determined. Thus, this stage is an orientation period when members get to know one another and share expectations about the group

Ensuring that information is authentic and can be verified or corroborated, Verified means it can be checked for accuracy or established scientifically, Corroborated means there is agreement among people that the information is accurate

This consists of a related group of projects that may be repetitive and cyclic and will always include projects.

Includes the people, equipment, software,  and facilities required to make a project successful.

Occurs when the group has matured and attains a feeling of cohesiveness. During this stage of development, individuals accept one another and conflict is resolved through group discussion
