If a customer would like to return an Oodie from a BOGOF order, they would need to return both items to receive a full refund. Returning only one item from this order will not warrant a refund.
If a customer would like to exchange an Oodie from a BOGOF order to another design, they cannot once it has been shipped out.

If a customer wants to cancel the aftersell item, we can remove this and refund the price they have paid for that item.
