Contact the RA on duty to provide support for your resident
What do you do if your duty partner, who said they would write the Duty Log, did not?
Contact them to ask about the Duty Log. Contact your AC to let them know the situation.
What should you do if the AC On Call doesn’t answer after two times?
Contact the AD on call phone. Continue to call up until someone answers.
What should you do if you encounter an upset parent/guardian who is requesting a supervisor?
Contact the AC on Call to explain the situation. Do not continue to engage with the parent.
