-Food arriving out of temperature is unsafe to serve to our students/participants and must not be accepted.
2)Food arrived after 3:30pm
Food delivered after 3:30pm is arriving after our state approved serve times. Acceptance or rejection of a late delivery is at the discretion of the CACFP Department and Site Director.

No. Anytime a site wants to serve earlier than the State approved service time, a request and approval must be given before change can occur.
