What is/was FISA (1978)?
Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act. An act that was passed because the government wanted to strengthen their ability to monitor foreign nationals. It does not apply to US citizens, says that the US government has the right to monitor you without your knowledge, and created the FISA court.

The transformers (neoconservatives and neoliberals), maintainers (conservatism and isolationism). A fifth perspective is pragmatist.

How does the Tenth Amendment and Federalism play into state government?
The 10th amendment gives the states’ rights not otherwise specified in the Constitution (marriage, education, etc.), and Federalism divides the powers that are shared between state and national government.
